These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Brequinalyvos's financial planning subscription service. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance and Agreement

By accessing our website, subscribing to our service, or engaging with our consultations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Brequinalyvos Financial Planning Services Sdn Bhd.

Service Description

Our subscription service provides monthly financial planning consultations, personalized guidance, and ongoing support for RM 250 per month. Services include one-on-one consultations, financial planning discussions, and educational resources.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue aspects of our service with reasonable notice to subscribers.

Your Responsibilities as a Subscriber

As a subscriber, you agree to the following responsibilities and obligations.

Provide accurate and complete information during consultations
Pay subscription fees on time according to the agreed schedule
Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Respect the confidentiality of proprietary methods and materials
Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for any of the following prohibited purposes.

Illegal activities or violations of Malaysian financial regulations
Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account
Reproducing, distributing, or commercializing our proprietary content
Interfering with or disrupting our service operations or security measures

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with our service remain the exclusive property of Brequinalyvos Financial Planning Services Sdn Bhd.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without explicit written permission.

Payment and Billing Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and must be paid by the due date to maintain uninterrupted service access.

Billing Details: Monthly subscription fee of RM 250 includes applicable taxes and is charged to your selected payment method

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable once services have been provided for the billing period

Cancellation Terms: You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice, effective at the end of the current billing cycle

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference, describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with Malaysian privacy laws.

Service Disclaimers

Our financial planning consultations are provided for informational and educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results from following our guidance.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for particular purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

Indemnification Agreement

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brequinalyvos and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution Process

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently through appropriate channels.

Arbitration Procedures

Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation may be subject to binding arbitration under Malaysian arbitration rules

Alternative Resolution

We also participate in industry mediation programs and maintain professional dispute resolution protocols

Service Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription agreement with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violations of these terms.

Upon termination, your access to consultations and materials will cease, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Malaysian federal and state laws govern these terms and any disputes arising therefrom

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Material changes will be communicated through email or website notification at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Complete Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental agreements, constitute the complete agreement between you and Brequinalyvos regarding our services.
